The Practice
This initial session includes a detailed postural and movement assessment to identify alignment patterns, compensations, mobility restrictions, and strength imbalances.
You’ll then be introduced to fundamental Pilates principles and essential repertoire on either the mat or the reformer.
Ideal for those who want to experience what Pilates is truly about.
A foundational mat-based session blending classical Pilates with yoga movement.
Designed to build core control, mobility, and flexibility without the use of reformers or large equipment. Simple props — including resistance bands and small toning balls — may be incorporated to support alignment and engagement.
Ideal for those those seeking a slower, more restorative pace.
A fully customized, one-on-one reformer session tailored to your specific goals.
Programming is structured around strength development, flexibility improvement, postural correction, and rehabilitation-informed progression. Resistance, tempo, and movement sequencing are adjusted in real time to match your current capacity and long-term objectives.
